Odyssey of Change is a long and transformative journey of climate action.
 Here, 15 young changemakers in each cohort go through an experiential process of learning, creating, and taking action.
 The journey unfolds in three phases — each inspired by the layers of the Earth — grounding us in understanding, creativity, and real-world impact.
Phase 1 — The Core
Understanding the truth before acting. Participants explore the realities of climate injustice by listening to communities, seeing the field, and reflecting deeply. Here, they find clarity not fear. Purpose and not confusion. The process strengthens the root of the campaign: awareness with empathy.
Phase 2 — The Mantle
Designing the campaign with ethics and creativity. This phase is not a classroom. It is a space of games, experiential learning, collaboration, and imagination. Here, participants co-design ethical, non-discriminatory, meaningful, and creative campaigns that truly respond to what the community needs not what outsiders assume.
Phase 3 — The Crust
Turning ideas into action. Here, art becomes our language, theatre becomes our reflection, and music becomes our call to action. The campaign steps out into reality — not as AGAI’s movement, but as a people’s movement. This is where local action begins to carry the strength of global voices, as campaigners and artists from around the world join the movement.
